Short messages from Americans who wanted overseas citizens to know they can vote. The people below appear as individuals. Their participation is not a statement about any election, and nothing they say here is offered as advice about how to cast a ballot.

What these messages are

In 2026, a group of American actors and writers recorded short public service announcements asking U.S. citizens living and serving overseas to register and request their absentee ballots. The messages ran as paid advertising, and they are collected here so that anyone can watch them in one place.

Each one makes the same request, in that person’s own words: that Americans abroad claim a vote they are already entitled to. Roughly 2.9 million U.S. citizens overseas are eligible to vote, and most do not.
